Neil has been Chief Executive Officer of Tideway since March 2024, with overall responsibility for the firm’s strategy, leadership and long-term growth. He works closely with the Board to ensure Tideway continues to deliver strong client outcomes while evolving its proposition and operating model in line with the needs of its clients and the Tideway team.
Neil joined Tideway in 2017 and brings over 25 years’ experience in financial services as both a consultant and senior industry practitioner, working with Boards and executive teams across wealth management, banking and asset management. Prior to Tideway, he held senior roles including Programme Director at Rathbones, where he led the establishment of their Family Office business, and Head of Transformation & Change at Kleinwort Benson. He has also worked with RBS, ABN Amro and Capco on UK and international assignments.
Outside of work, Neil is a keen skier and sailor and an enthusiastic (if still improving) golfer.
